This calendar contains images of Tenants Harbor, Maine as photographed by Susan Bell and Amy Stendel.

The calendar is available on three of our favorite papers

  • Finestra Premium Matte Inkjet Photo Paper, 230 gsm. This is the nicest coated card stock we have found, with a combination of good weight and vivid colors that pop.

  • Hahnemuehle Photo Rag 300 gsm, the best (imho) archival paper for limited editions and art that will last longer than you or I will.

  • Neenah Index 199 gsm, a bright white uncoated card stock, vivid colors, blacks not so deep, the best value for art, dates and design combined.

It consists of 14 sheets unbound, twelve months and front and rear cover. Each sheet is center top hole punched for easy hanging. The size given is the overall size. Roughly the top half of the sheet is dedicated to the image and the bottom half to the month days and dates grid. The calendar highlights season changes, phases of the moon and daylight savings start/finish.

Susan Bell lives in Thomaston, Maine. When she is not wandering around Bristol and St. George taking pictures, she is an emergency room nurse practitioner helping to save lives. One senses the sensitivity, care and urgency of this profession in her images as well.

Amy Stendel lives in Rockport and wanders the midcoast for her images. From the intimate familiarity of her back yard to the raw rockery of the Maine coastline, Amy’s images engage, delight and awe.
