About paper

We recommend coated card stock for the highest print quality on a non-rag paper. This is card stock that has been coated with a matte finish to optimize print quality from a wide format inkjet printer. The paper we use is 230 gsm, roughly equivalent to 80 pound

For an economy of pricing, we have three sizes available in card stock, also 230 gsm, or 80 pound cover. Robert estimates the image print quality on this paper at about 90-95% of coated card stock. It improves every year

For giclee quality printing of your calendar we offer heavy rag paper as an option from Hahnemuehle, their Photo Rag, at 308 gsm or about 120 pound cover. This paper has a velvety surface and yields a print with presence.

Last year we offered more options to enhance or customize your calendar. They are available below as upgrades.

Robert Manz Studio has been publishing fine art calendars of towns on Cape Cod for many years. Originally they were all Robert’s work; then they extended down the coast to include some other great photographers of Cape Cod, New England and Maine in the growing collection. Now we are reaching out to a broader set of artists and including their work. Watch the collection grow. All of the studio’s calendars can be seen at robertmanzstudio.com
