Shellfish Harvest - Julia Cumes - Zanzibar

from $3.95

A number of years ago, I was in Zanzibar--a beautiful island off the coast of Tanzania--working on a story about a program that teaches women how to farm shellfish as a sustainable source of protein for them and their families.  As my main subject, Ikiwa, started her long walk across the flats, this exquisite rainbow arced above her. I see this photo as a perfect metaphor for the hope this aquaculture project represents and a wonderful reminder to always be ready for the sublime moment to happen when one least expects it.

Note cards are printed personally in Robert Manz Studio, folded, inserted in a clear plastic sleeve, along with a quality cream-colored envelope. The card is blank inside and has the location information printed on the back.

The sizes available are 4”x6” and 5”x7” folded.

You can choose coated card stock or rag paper.
